Most recently, she worked as the project coordinator for the community-engaged Enabling Accessible Healthcare Delivery project with the School of Disability Studies.

She holds a BA and MA in History from the University of New Brunswick, where she focused on social movement arts and culture. During her doctoral studies in Social and Political Thought at York University, she wrote and presented on the social and economic conditions of Canadian visual artists.

Kelly has developed a strong admiration for the Centre and its talented team while working with the Executive Director, Esther Ignagni, since July 2024.
